This is the first time I’ve taken down a video (at the artists’s request) without any intention to replace it… and therefore my first replacement. The artist (I posted on DAY299) feels that his work/image have changed and didn’t want people googling his name and finding that song. So, he asked me to take it down. When asked about when we could shoot another one, he didn’t know (or seem to interested). So, the issue gave me pause… and I decided to dig into my archives and find someone I really should’ve posted (but lost track of along the way). I heard Lief sing this song recently on CBC and decided to dig it up (because I loved it) – so it wasn’t a hard decision at all.
