+Grant Forsythe I don't believe it's a matter of respect or appreciation and it's going to be venue specific. If this is the Railway Club in Vancouver then you're at a bar. There should be no expectation to be quiet, because that's not why you go to a bar. If this was a concert hall or some intimate performance venue then you'd have a point. Great song anyway.
Apparently some people don't appreciate or respect the people on stage enough to keep the talking down to a hush. Too bad the Alibis had to compete for the sound space. This is one of their best songs!
