Video #31 of 1000 – Rick Buckman Coe. Recorded at Unity of Vancouver Church on Apr. 27, 2012 in HD (1080p)!

I got together with Rick briefly last Saturday afternoon at the Unity Church of Vancouver. It took about 5min to decide where to shoot and another 5min to shoot it. Love the room’s acoustics. Better mic/camera yielding much better results. Nothing like one-take wonders! Love the song (love the message)!

From the Upcoming E.P “Crow’s Nest Highway” (release date tba). Recording
began the week following the return from the Buckman Coe Band Spring Tour
2012. Michael Rush plays the upright bass. This song is an urban
horticultural motown song about growing your own food in the city. It was
inspired by a story I heard about some punks in Mexico City creating
guerilla permaculture gardens. [Check it out here:]
